"I have been fortunate enough to have spent countless days fishing Andros Island. I have fished lodges from the south bight to the north and over to the famous west side. Mount Pleasant offers a very different and unique experience from many of the other lodges on Andros that we work with. The option for a do it yourself angler is available at a very reasonable price. Right outside the door are miles and miles of hard bottom flats with tons of bonefish. If you choose to fish with a guide, they have some of the finest on the Island available to you.

As a fly shop owner and travel organizer, we book trips to the Bahamas all the time and this is a no brainer. Great local meals and clean rooms right on the beach. This is the perfect getaway that won't break the bank and to top it off they have the kindest and friendliest staff I have dealt with. Mount Pleasant gets two thumbs up from me!"
